Refund policy

We hope your Hyrular Beauty products make you feel unreal. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date (as confirmed by the carrier.)
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  • Email support@hyrularbeauty.com with your order #, and we’ll reply within 1–3 business days.
  • No DMs, no carrier pigeons, just email.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your order showed up wrong, damaged, or cursed, we’ll cover return shipping.
  • For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different shade, place a new order and we’ll refund the unopened one.
